How much walking will my student be doing in school?

I’ve measured distances around the building and they are as follows:

The 6th/7th grade Pod circle measures  548’

The 8th grade C loop measures 493’

The “G” loop from the gym—down the ramp and around the offices measures 410’.

Many of us walk around parts of the building quite a bit—these numbers may help you determine your mileage around the building in a day. 

  Remember that there are 5280 feet in a mile.---So add your total distance traveled and divide by 5280---and   VOILA!  There’s your distance.
